The coworking centre is located in a renovated former factory building at ul. Wólczańska 125 in Łódź’s Śródmieście district.

Business Zone Łódź covers almost 1,500 sqm, with 48 separate offices, 8 training rooms, as well as a coworking area. Tenants also have 30 parking spaces at their disposal

Coworkers are provided with access to the hot desk zone and the common areas (a fully-fitted kitchen and dining room) from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. The users of private desks receive permanent workstations and lockers for personal belongings, while the tenants of serviced offices are given unlimited access to the office and common areas (via access cards). The price includes the reception service, the cleaning of the offices, the occasional use of the Biznes Zone in other cities and participation in training sessions and workshops.
