Representative building which will be renovated soon, giving the building a very modern look. The building consists of four floors and the structure makes it easy to split.
The office space is delivered shell, but in a completely renovated condition. In addition to a representative entrance and a new system ceiling, the floor has also been leveled. They also installed connections for a pantry, airconditioning and an elevator.

The office building is located on the Oudenrijn Office Park, on the west-side of Utrecht, near the Oudenrijn traffic junction. The A2 and A12 highways can be reached within minutes. Bus stop Rijnzathe is near the office and from here buses run regularly to Utrecht Central Station.
