Hotel Elephant was the first to launch a co-working space for creative entrepreneurs in Elephant and Castle. The space provides a new model for creative working with recent graduates, start-up and scale up businesses. The office space is spread across five railway arches and the co-working arches (1 and 2), have been fitted with a bespoke interior to maximise the natural light. Hotel Elephant offers a range of different membership options, with hot desks, dedicated desks and private offices. The private offices cost between £220and £330 per person per month, based on a 4-6 person office. If you are an individual or a company looking for additional flexibility, the hot and dedicated desks are currently on special offer at £150 for a hot desk and £290 for a dedicated desk.
The building is close to Elephant and Castle tube, providing quick access to central London on both the Bakerloo and Northern Line. There are plenty of places for food and drink nearby. For example, Mercato Metropolitano, a lively street food market just round the corner.

The Gossamer City Project was created to showcase the entrepreneurial spirit of East London.
