Jack joins from Farebrother Chartered Surveyors, where he was made their youngest partner and was responsible for leading on a variety of projects across Central London, specialising in Midtown and the South Bank, as well as overseeing their Flexible Office Space joint venture business.
At Workthere, Jack will be responsible for the UK market and growing Workthere’s presence in London and also on a regional scale, working with start-ups, scale-ups and larger corporate businesses seeking flexible workspace.
Cal Lee, global head of Workthere, comments:
Jack’s appointment is an exciting step forward for Workthere as we look to bolster the team with high calibre and experienced individuals as we continue to drive forward the growth of our platform at a national and global level. His expertise in commercial leasing and flexible workspace will be absolutely invaluable in his role going forwards.
Whilst the current market conditions remain challenging for the flexible workspace sector, we are anticipating a very strong second half of the year as the vaccine is rolled out and people begin returning to the workplace. Jack joins at an incredibly exciting time for the sector and I am delighted he has joined us at Workthere as we continue our mission to be the leading advisor on flexible workspace.
Jack Williamson adds
I am very much looking forward to joining Workthere which has become one of the most well-regarded flexible office advisors in the industry. I am confident that my past experience in both commercial leasing and flexible workspace will hold me in good stead to hit the ground running as we kick-start what is anticipated to be a busy few months and year ahead.
