With companies across over 161 industries gaining this certification, we’ve seen many flexible offices are already awarded the B-Corp-certification

Uncommon

Uncommon was awarded the B-Corp-certification in April 2023 and developed a supplier code of conduct to ensure they are working with ethical businesses. They are carbon neutral and in 2023 were awarded the Gold Standard for Investors in People.

x+why has been a B-Corp-certified operator since July 2021, using 100% renewable electricity sources and 0% of waste going to landfill. Their partnership with global charity B1G1 means for each new member a tree is planted, for an event attended a meal is donated to someone in need, and a day of water is supplied for each survey completed.

x-why’s workspace ‘The Orchard’ located in One Great Cumberland Place offers impressive views of Hyde Park. Currently, offering private offices and coworking spaces with pricing available on request. Spacemade - Beton

Spacemade’s new workspace inspired by the iconic brutalist design combined with creative Scandinavian influence is now opening in May 2024 offering private offices starting at £550 per desk per month.
