Wood Centre for Innovation (WCFI) is Oxford's home for early stage science and technology businesses. The centre is close to the heart of Oxford city centre and this impressive location will provide early stage companies with state of the art office, meeting and conference facilities, in a unique woodland surrounding.

Office space at WCFI is suitable for 4 - 22 people. It has purpose-built facilities with flexible terms and conditions. There is business support and an experienced centre team on site. WCFI also offers meeting and conference space facility, with rooms suitable for up to 20 people. There is also a 120 seat auditorium on site with great transport links across the city.

A purpose-built hub for life science and deeptech start-ups, the Wood Centre for Innovation provides innovation space for companies to breathe, work and grow. The Linden Building offers Class 2 R&D lab space, offices, co-working space in Barclays Eagle Labs and, from spring 2026, the Aspen building will offer an additional 16,500 sq ft (15,500 sq m) of laboratory and office grow-on space. Set in 15 acres of woodland, the site includes a shared facilities lab, café, meeting spaces and conference facilities.
