Peter is a Co-Head of Workthere UK and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience consulting, securing, delivering and manging both occupier and asset owners space within the flexible office market. Kate has over 15 years of industry experience, having previously held sales leadership roles for major flex operators. At Workthere Kate specialises in sales and marketing strategy to bring new buildings to market. Kate spends her weekends freezing on the sidelines of a rugby pitch, watching her son, or planning her next holiday adventure.

Landlord Advisory

Mia joined Workthere in 2024 as a Landlord Advisory Associate, assisting landlords in letting their properties on a fully managed basis. In her spare time, Mia can often be found going to Pilates or listening to Luther Vandross.
