The Holbein House is a classic office building built in 1954 and designed by the architects Kraaijvanger. The building is named after the German painter Hans Holbein the Younger, known for his portraits of Erasmus. The Holbein House stands out because of its imposing facade and a beautiful mosaic showing images of Rotterdam, Erasmus's hometown.

In 2023, the Holbeinhuis has undergone a true transformation under the leadership of the Kraaijvanger architects and has been transformed into a fully-fledged multi-tenant office. The renovation included the reception area, which is combined with the basement and the mezzanine floor. This has created an attractive and dynamic living space, equipped with lounge areas, meeting rooms and a fantastic terrace that all tenants of the Holbein House can use.

Trams run on the renovated Coolsingel and metro stops to Rotterdam Central Station, Slinge and other destinations are within walking distance. Rotterdam Central Station is only a 10-minute walk from the building.

Accessibility by private transport is also good. You can easily drive to the northern ring of Rotterdam via the Coolsingel/Hofplein/Schiekade. You can easily drive to the southern ring of Rotterdam via the Westblaak / Maastunnel / Zuidplein. Via the Schiedamsedijk / Boompjes / Maasboulevard you can easily drive to the A16 towards Breda Antwerp and Gouda Utrecht.
