The rental prices vary from €900 per month for a 2-3 person (15 m2) private office to €3.500per month for an 8 person (50 m2) private office.

In addition to state-of-the-art office space, the completely renovated campus contains a coffee bar and a gym. The business center has fifty workplaces, spread over fourteen fully furnished offices. The complex has its own restaurant with outdoor terrace, called 'Catch'. Here you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, lunch or Friday afternoon drinks.

Location and accessibility
The accessibility is excellent with the exit of the A4/A44 (Amsterdam – The Hague – Rotterdam), and the A5 a few minutes away by car. Right next to the complex is an R-Net stop, accessible via a footbridge. This is a free bus lane, a super-fast bus connection between Haarlem via Schiphol to Amsterdam-Zuidoost (line 300) and between Nieuw-Vennep via Schiphol to Amsterdam Zuid WTC (line 397). The NS station is also a short distance away and Schiphol Airport can be reached by car within 10 minutes.
The available parking spaces are located on the parking deck and in the parking garage located under the building.
