Numbers 70–71 In 1869, Wells Street was constructed as a Church school. After that, it was converted into a haberdashery in 1925, a photographic studio in 1970, and an office building in 2018. The three-story Tudor-style building features craftsmanship from the middle of the Victorian era. Recent renovations to this structure have created a sophisticated internal atrium with historic characteristics that serve as a respectful reminder of its past.
The old school's lower ground floor contains large rooms, heated desk/phone rooms, period details, and contemporary conveniences like air conditioning and a dedicated 10GB fiber line. The 2800-square-foot property also includes a main office, private restrooms and showers, a private kitchen, a lounge, three spacious conference rooms, and four smaller meeting/hot desk areas. The space has recently undergone maintenance and renovations.
After touring many properties across London, we couldn’t be happier with this space which will allow our team to further grow, with the Workthere and BE.Spoke teams helping us lay the foundations for an inspiring and functional space, reflecting the Monday culture and values, with plenty of amenities in the area nearby.
