In our office location, in the new quarter of the Hafencity, we offer fully equipped offices with up to 10 workstations, from 1200€ net per month, or fixed individual workstations from 300€ net per month.

Included in the price are all additional costs, fibre optic internet, use of meeting room, water vending machine, use of kitchen and all common areas. There are no additional costs.

Our modern office coworking and event location is located directly and centrally in the Hafencity. On 1000 m² are office and meeting room areas. Very easy to reach by public transport, subway line 4 Hafencity University, S-Bahn Elbbrücken.

The finhaven hafencity is the new coworking space in the Hafencity, developed from the betahaus Hamburg.

betahaus Hamburg, founded in 2010 as the first coworking space in Hamburg, is a place where freelancers, startups and creative people form a community that is based on exchange and mutual support - true to our motto: "You'll never work alone! Today, our community consists of about 500 members, who can rely on a global network of partner spaces worldwide. With the finhaven in HafenCity, we will have created a second location in Hamburg in 2019 and will be hosting around 1,000 internal and external events a year in both buildings.
