It is possible to use a private toilet in the corridor, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and crockery. All equipment is present that can be used by anyone as well as a hob or panini grill. Coffee and tea are included free of charge. Wifi is free. The only thing that needs to be taken is a laptop. We supply a nice tight white desk + office chair.
The special area is a mix of culture, art and commercial companies together. Fashion, care & finance institutions, artists, furniture makers, photo studios and interior designers.
The company where the workplaces are rented is a commercial fashion company in the middle / high segment. Three people work at the back of the building with a dividing wall of pillars. The property in its totality is 200m2.
On the premises there are 2 catering establishments where events, lunches and meetings can also be held. In the summer you can stay at the water. The business park is surrounded by nature.
