At the current location of the gas plant, not only the energy conversion is being designed, but the energy conversion is already being implemented through climate-neutral energy supply and intelligent energy networks in the building. A real highlight is the impressive roof terrace, where you can hold your events or promote your business with business partners while enjoying the view of the southern part of the city.

Whether office or project area, creative meeting or team event - here you can connect with the future. As you would expect, all offices, coworking workplaces and conference rooms are equipped with the most modern facilities. Thanks to the flexible rental period, you minimise your risk and can concentrate fully on your work thanks to the provider's services. Individual desks as well as team offices or project space can be rented for a minimum of one month, although prices may vary depending on the rental period and office size.

Location & Accessibility

The centrally located site has an excellent infrastructure, including many restaurants, parks and sports facilities - no wish is left unfulfilled here. It's a short walk to the nearest S-Bahn station Schöneberg. And if you ever need to clear your head, the surrounding green spaces invite you to take a walk.
