Rent & Equipment
High-quality equipment in the established Design Offices look and advanced lighting and acoustic concepts ensure good health and thus improve work efficiency. Offices in different sizes can be rented, which can be furnished or unfurnished to provide space for you and your employees. In addition to the necessary infrastructure and equipment, many services such as use of the fully automatic coffee machine, water flat rate and additional costs are already included in the price. Separate services can also be arranged.
As in every Design Office, various packages are offered for coworking:
Coworking Desk S: Unlimited 24-hour access to space, WLAN, use of a printer and scanner, kitchen for tea and cleaning, and use of a coworking salon for 2 hours a day at other national locations.
Coworking Desk M: Here you have the same services as Desk S. There is a lockable container.
Coworking Desk L: Compared to Desk M it has unlimited access to all national design offices.
Of course you can also rent a private office. There are 36 offices of different sizes. The minimum rental period is 3 months and the price depends of course on the size and the rental period.
Private offices S: for 1-3 persons and from 3 months.
Private offices M: for 4-6 persons and from 3 months.
Private offices L: for 7-10 persons and from 3 months.

In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for daily life and work. There are charming dining areas in the building. In the adjacent tower there is a luxury hotel. Furthermore, in the noble Prinzregentenstraße and in the nearby Einstein Center you will find everything you need for work and leisure. The traffic situation is ideal. Directly connected to the motorway, you can reach the office building by car in the fastest way. Also the connection to public transport could hardly be better. Via the stops Riedenburger Straße (tram 19, bus 149), Vogelweideplatz (tram 19, bus 149, 9410), S-Bahn station (S2, S4, S6, S8) and Berg am Laim (S2, S4, S6, tram 19) you can reach the building on foot in just a few minutes.
