Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2021, TWP CapitaSpring will be part of CapitaSpring’s fully integrated “core-flex” offering for various business. Spanning across three floors on Level 21, 39 and 40, the new 68,700 sq ft centre is expected to deliver highly functional, uniquely designed, state-of-the-art facilities with over 1,000 workstations, 20 meeting rooms, training, workshop and function spaces.
Connected by an internal staircase, Levels 39 and 40 are designed to house Enterprise suites, each branded, customized and personalized to the Client’s requirement by The Work Project’s in-house interior and graphic design teams. The building is closer to Church street and linked to OCBC Ctr bus stop for an easy commute.
