The NEC/Airport centre is set within Birmingham Business Park. The building is designed in a modern oriental pagoda style within an enclosed garden area. There is a purpose-built lake next to the centre which combines water features, wooden bridges ad green spaces. A number of international brand leaders in technology are set in this centre. It is conveniently located with both Birmingham International Airport and the world-famous National Exhibition Centre (NEC). It is also the venue for regular business events throughout the year.
The centre also counts with many different services such as meeting rooms, day offices, business lounges and disabled facilities. It is also organized along different working spaces that include from reserved co-working spaces, to private offices that can be from 1 person up to 6 or more people, if a more tailored working space is needed.
