True to our line of success, this architectural jewel from the early 20th century fits wonderfully into our portfolio. Around 100 years ago, the unique arcades were built on Königsallee, which are still considered a trademark of monumental architecture today. The facades are faced with light grey Bavarian shell limestone and decorated with sculptures by the Düsseldorf sculptor Albert Pehle. An extravagant canopy with a gold-coloured clock, handmade by the Bernhard Förster bronze foundry, towers above the entrance area. This is the main entrance to our luxurious workspace with concierge service. Meanwhile, the building on Königsallee is a listed building - quite rightly, we think.
The promenade in the middle of the city centre not only serves as the administrative headquarters of numerous companies, but is also one of the most famous shopping streets in the world. Exclusive hotels surround the Kö-Graben with its old tree population. In this unique setting, cafés and restaurants offer the perfect atmosphere for going out.
