Once part of the warehouses and halls of Greenall's Brewery, Wilderspool Park is made up of four unique and historical buildings. The Whitehouse building offers collaborative serviced office space for start-ups, entrepreneurs and SMEs. Whitehouse has recently undergone a full refurbishment of its office space, communal kitchen, reception, meeting rooms and garden themed orangery.
The building is located a mile from the centre of Warrington and a few minutes’ walk from Stockton Heath, with its restaurants, cafés and shops. It is easily accessible via road and rail with links to Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool.
