A total of 5,709 m² of office space is available over several floors. Seperate units are available from 500 m². The rent for office space amounts to € 350 per m² per year excluding service costs and VAT.

The Achtergracht is connected to the Amstelkade and by this road you are on the A10 within 10 minutes. The Prinsengracht tram stop is located just behind the office. By taking tram line 19 towards Sloterdijk station, you will be at Amsterdam Central Station within 15 minutes. Furthermore, the Weesperplein metro station is a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to be connected to Amsterdam's metro network in no time.
