The building is truly best in class with the quantum of amenity space on offer (and all of this for only a total of eight occupiers in the entire building). Each office will be fitted out to provide their own meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchen spaces and general break out space but within the building we will have a games room, coffee stations, business lounge, roof terrace, boardroom to hire and a wellbeing multi-purpose room.
The building will also benefit from having two building managers on-site throughout the day. Only three units left now!
