The centre provides a wide range of managed offices and workshops, ranging from one to two-person units, through to larger spaces that are available individually or as suites.
You'll find an incubator suite with fully equipped workstations for start-ups, a broad selection of self-contained workshops and studios, superfast broadband and free parking.
The managed offices in Gosport benefit from a full-time receptionist, IT support, mail and phone facilities and bookable meeting rooms. They also offer virtual offices which include access to many facilities and networking opportunities at the centre.
Completed in 2004, the centre is prominently located on the A32 Fareham Road, between Gosport and Fareham, with easy access to both towns, as well as J11 of the M27.
