In our business centre we offer 40 offices with modern office infrastructure on 1,200 m². You rent your private office or your workspace in the coworking area incl. technology, immediately ready for occupancy and with flexible contract duration. Meeting rooms for 2 to 22 persons are also available.

Our business centre is optimally located in terms of traffic technology on Hanover's most important northern access road, with a city railway connection in front of the door and fast connections to the motorways, Hanover Airport and the city centre. For you and your visitors there are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces available in the courtyard. Optional: parking spaces in the underground car park.
Our workspaces differ from classic coworking. With us you always work alone or with a colleague in a separate office, discreetly and undisturbed. You can choose monthly usage times of 30 / 60 or 90 hours.
The prices for the offices and workspaces are incl. additional costs and internet plus VAT. In addition to the office prices, there are also the costs for furniture, telephone, Internet and service, depending on the equipment and use.
