Location & Accessibility

Due to the excellent location and the multi-storey car park integrated in the building, it is easy to arrive by car. An additional parking space can be rented for approx. 290 €/month. If you only want to drive into the office building by car in exceptional cases, you can also use the surrounding multi-storey car parks. The journey to the office building by public transport is also easy. In front of the door is the bus stop Ludwigstraße, where the two bus lines, 58 and 100, operate. Tram lines 27 and 28 stop at Karolinplatz, so this may also be an alternative way to get here. If you prefer to travel by subway, we recommend the stop Odeonsplatz, which is only a few meters away. The underground lines U3, U4, U5 and U6 run here.
