The building is a value-stable and representative new building and convinces by its environmentally conscious and sustainable construction method. The elevators and the ABC Center can be reached via a spacious reception hall. The rooms there are equipped to the latest standards. All offices and conference rooms have large windows and high ceilings, which make the rooms bright and spacious. A restaurant on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the park is being planned. Sufficient parking spaces are available in the building.
