About the space

Established in 1958, the Partisan Coffee House at 7 Carlisle Street, Soho was the central hub of the New Left. A space for ideas, discussion and often heated debate, it was short-lived but central to a creative and visionary political force. Founded by Raphael Samuel, a young radical historian, the Partisan was the heart of a radical left during this era of events such as the Suez Crisis and the Hungarian Revolution.

Serviced Offices located just off Soho Square. 7 Carlisle Street is a period style office building very much in keeping with the area. The offices are air conditioned, bright, and offer a warm and intimate working environment which is totally in keeping with the Reflex brand.

About the area

London

The UK’s capital city is a well-established hub for flexible office space, home to a wide selection of spaces from household industry names such as WeWork and The Office Group to unique independent providers. This vast city can be split into five areas; Central, North, South, East and West, each with a slightly different offering for businesses. As the core of the city, Central London is naturally, a popular area for businesses and in turn a hub for flexible office space. Shoreditch is known for its vibrant tech scene, and in the prestigious West End area of Mayfair you’ll find some of the largest and well-established companies in the world.

In the East of London, Hackney has become popular with creative industries, and sitting in stark contrast is Canary Wharf which is the financial hub of the city. South London is an up-and-coming area for businesses looking for more affordable rent prices and in areas like Brixton, more flexible workspace is opening up as demand grows. In the West of the city, this leafy area is a popular residential area, but its fast links into central London still make it a desirable location for businesses. A trend we are beginning to see is more flexible workspaces opening up in residential markets to cater for those preferring to work closer to home.

London offers many benefits for businesses, despite the often high rent prices for offices, the city is well-connected through its underground system and has a bustling social scene and green spaces to enjoy. The flexible office market continues to grow and as more providers come onto the scene, there is plenty of choice to suit your business’ needs.

Our local experts in London are on the ground with an in-depth knowledge of the city and the different market offerings, so that we can find you the right workspace, for the best price. What our customers say...

We were looking for a private 6-person office in Belfast that was available 24/7. Workthere initially put together a proposal with plenty of options, which swiftly followed with a tour from Kim around several office spaces. We then signed a 12 month lease for one of the spaces the next day! It was a very professional and efficient service. Would recommend it to anyone else & it's completely free!
