Adgar Wave

Adgar Wave is a thirteen-floor office building at ul. Wincentego Rzymowskiego 53 in Warsaw’s Służewiec area, which is the business section of the Mokotów district. The building includes a modern lobby as well as 285 underground parking spaces and 41 outside the building. Tenants may also make use of bicycle racks, changing rooms, showers and a bicycle repair station. Shared bicycles can also be used (for up to 24 hours free of charge) The building has a LEED ecological certificate with a rating of ‘Gold’.

BeYOURSelF is divided into private office units for companies (of between 15 and 53 people) with payment charged monthly on a per head basis. Ideal for large companies and corporations, it is next to a Brain Embassy coworking centre.

Tenants can access the offices 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They can also take part in the development programme as well as all the events. Parking spaces and bicycle storage is subject to an additional charge. The office includes a super-fast internet connection and a scanner printer.  Tenants have access to a fully equipped kitchen (water, coffee, tea) within the common area as well as to a private kitchen annexe within their unit. The units also include private offices, meeting rooms and storage space. Each unit includes a personalised access system. For an additional charge, tenants can also lease conference, training and event space.

Adgar Wave is at the junction of ul. Rzymowskiego and ul. Marynarska, just 350m from the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre,  and not far from the S79 exit road, which provides convenient access to the Warsaw Bypass (S8).

To drive to Warsaw’s Chopin Airport takes just under 10 minutes. Bus and tram stops can be found nearby (Rondo Unii Europejskiej, Rzymowskiego, Cybernetyki) and it is just four bus stops away from the Wilanowska metro station and the building has a gym and a café.
