Adgar Plaza One

Adgar Plaza One is a nine-floor office building at ul. Postępu 15 in Warsaw’s Służewiec area, which is the business section of the Mokotów district. The building has a LEED ecological certificate with a rating of 'Gold'. It also benefits from 600 parking spaces both outdoor and underground and tenants may additionally use the shared bicycles (free of charge for the first 24 hours). The building's modern data centre allows for any amount of data to be stored using the latest security standards. The building is both jogger and cyclist-friendly and includes showers, changing rooms, bicycle storage, and a bicycle repair station.

BeYOURSelF is divided into private office units for companies (of between 15 and 53 people) with payment charged monthly on a per head basis. Ideal for large companies and corporations, it is next to a Brain Embassy coworking centre.

Tenants can access the offices 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They can also take part in the development programme as well as all the events. Parking spaces and bicycle storage is subject to an additional charge. The office includes a super-fast internet connection and a scanner printer.  Tenants have access to a fully equipped kitchen (water, coffee, tea) within the common area as well as to a private kitchen annexe within their unit. The units also include private offices, meeting rooms and storage space. Each unit includes a personalised access system. For an additional charge, tenants can also lease conference, training and event space.

Adgar Plaza One is near ul. Marynarska and the S79 exit road, which provides convenient access to the Warsaw Bypass (S8). To drive to Warsaw’s Chopin Airport takes just under 10 minutes. Bus and tram stops can be found nearby (Wynalazek, Postępu, Marynarska) and it takes 15 minutes to travel to the Wierzbno metro station via public transport. Bicycle paths run along ul. Marynarska, Wołoska, Rzymowskiego, and Cybernetyka. You do not even need to leave the building to go to a restaurant or a café. The Adgar Plaza complex also includes a kindergarten, a gym, and a yoga studio. Numerous service points, stores, restaurants and cafés can be found in the nearby Galeria Mokotów shopping centre (650m).
