The offices are immediately available and can be delivered fully furnished or only upholstered. There are meeting rooms that are equipped with a TV screen or beamer and a flip chart. There is a pantry on each floor and we also offer catering options. Additional services, such as internet, telephony and answering service. can be chosen as required.

Private office 57 m2 € 889 per month;
Private office 63 m2 € 1,216 per month;
Private office 100 m2 € 1,622 per month.

The prices are based on the number of people that fit in the space, we calculate with 10 m² per workplace. The rent is set at an amount per month. When multiple workplaces are created (in the rented space), the amount per person per workplace decreases.
