The site does not only accommodate production teams but provides serviced office and industrial/workshop space to a variety of organisations. Over the last 20 years, the centre has proved to be extremely popular with customers recognising the convenient location coupled with free onsite parking and good quality accommodation.

The Liverpool Film Studios provides serviced office space and industrial units to rent on the Northern outskirts of Liverpool city centre. The site has a range of office suites of varying sizes (1 to 50 people) available to let. It also has a number of Industrial units of approximately 1,000 sqft. All space is provided on a fully managed/serviced basis but on terms that can be tailor made to suit your exact needs.
