Availabilty
The B.1 building is the striking black square building at Johan Huizingalaan 763a and the beating heart of B. This is where most facilities are located, such as the restaurants, most event rooms, the B. Gym and padel courts.
Co-work
The co-working space is built to give entrepreneurs the flexibility and inspiration they need to grow their business. That means a common room full of like-minded people, a membership that makes you a part and gives you access to our community and unlimited access to the community events and facilities that B. Amsterdam offers.
The co-work space is only located in the B.1 building and has its own co-work community of freelancers. The co-work manager ensures that people quickly make connections with others and organizes special events.
Offices
For those who want to grow their business from their own space, but still want to be neighbors with the change makers, the selection of offices at B. Amsterdam is the right place. An office at B. Amsterdam means that you are part of the community and have access to the community events and everything that comes with it. B. Amsterdam offers the possibility to rent an office from small to large on flexible terms. You have the freedom to completely decorate and furnish it yourself to stimulate creativity and really make it your own place.
No floor looks the same in the B.1 building, which means that this building has its own look & feel. The industrial look predominates. The offices here go from approx. 68m2.
Facilities
When you become a B. Member, you get access to everything the location has to offer. Enjoy the fresh, daily coffee and lunch, follow meet-ups and community events, join the Friday afternoon drinks at Restaurant Bureau or reserve a table for lunch or dinner, play a game of jeu de boules on the roof terrace during summer days , join the B. Gym where group lessons such as boxing and HIT training are given or use the free gym. Location & accessibility
B. Amsterdam is easily accessible by car. The A10 and A4 are next door. There is a large parking deck at the B.1 building where you can rent your own parking spaces for EUR 137.50 ex VAT per parking space and where visitors can park for EUR 2.00 per hour with a maximum of EUR 12.00 per day.
The location is also easily accessible by public transport. Metro and bus stops are within walking distance. In the area of B. there is a shuttle bus from the metro that drops you in front of the B.1 building. In addition, it is approximately a 20-minute drive from Schiphol Airport.
