Workthere is a business by Savills, founded by a Savills graduate, Cal Lee, who pitched the idea to Savills own pitch den in 2016. Cal saw an opportunity for Savills to better help growing start-up and scale-up clients, as well as their existing corporate client base, with their flexible workspace needs.
We first launched in the UK in February 2017 to help clients of all sizes look for flexible office space. Team of 3 when first launched Launched in Ireland May 2017

Cal joined Savills as a graduate in 2011 from the University of Reading where he studied Real Estate.
Ed is head of Workthere in Europe. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has specialized expertise in flexible office space. At Workthere he is the first point of contact and the connecting factor between users and providers of office space.
Rupert oversees digital marketing across Savills global business, and has helped Cal to launch this new business, brand and digital platform.
Eve joined Workthere in September 2016 before the business launched in 2017 and is responsible for the management of all marketing activities and website development. Additionally, Eve oversees the international expansion of Workthere.
Liz is a director in Savills commercial press office and has worked at the company for over ten years, focusing on the UK as well as providing support across the global business.
Kim joined the Workthere team in March 2022 to help find flexible workspace solutions for businesses across the island of Ireland. Kim has experience across a variety of industries and has MSc from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Griffin is an associate of Workthere Americas and is responsible for transaction management in New York City and the Northeast region of the US. Griffin has worked with a broad range of clients in sectors ranging from tech and finance, to non-profit and healthcare. Prior to joining Savills, Griffin worked at a boutique tenant representation brokerage in New York City where he developed a strong understanding of the Manhattan real estate market, lease negotiations and tenant management, which enables Griffin to secure favorable lease terms to meet client requirements.
Eileen is located in based in Los Angeles and helps clients evaluate and implement flexible office strategies throughout the United States and Canada, with a special focus on the West Coast region. Eileen initially joined Savills in the Junior Broker Development Program where she rotated through several service lines and gained a foundation of knowledge about various sectors of commercial real estate before focusing primarily on flex.
Cooper is an associate of Workthere Americas based in New York City. Cooper works with clients in evaluating & executing their flexible office strategies throughout the United States, Europe & South America specializing in the New York City area. Combining market expertise with a strong service mindset, Cooper helps clients navigate the evolving office landscape with tailored workspace solutions. Cooper graduated from the University of Richmond in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Alex joined Workthere in May 2022 to help advise landlords with all elements of flex, including consultancy and flex marketing. Alex brings 5 years of experience within the London office market, where he advised both landlords and tenants. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2019.
Piers joined Workthere in March 2020 to help find flexible office space solutions for clients and to assist with the business development within the UK. Prior to joining Workthere Piers spent 4 years working in the residential sector.
Winkie joined Workthere in 2022 having previously worked in residential property and private equity. Winkie helps businesses to find the best tailored office space solution. In her spare time, Winkie enjoys cooking and eating with friends and family.
Faith joined Workthere in 2023 as Head of Occupier Advisory, UK, and is a Chartered Surveyor. Having spent the past 11 years helping companies to make their move into suitable office space. At the weekend Faith is often found walking in Epping Forest with her dog Bear or catching up with a friend
Dontae Joined Workthere in 2022 as a flex advisor primarily focusing on occupiers in the UK market and supporting with account management for corporate clients across EMEA. In his spare time, you will find him hiking, playing basketball and expanding his mind in philosophy.
Eve joined Workthere in September 2016 before the business launched in 2017 and is responsible for the management of all marketing activities and website development. Additionally, Eve oversees the international expansion of Workthere.
Ellie joined Workthere in 2018 as part of the marketing team and primarily focuses on UK marketing activities and all things content related. Ellie can often be found chatting about food, her next getaway, and the latest true crime series.

A long way from his New Zealand home, he has no shortage of activities and sites to explore, spending weekends immersing himself in the bright lights of London.

Lex joined Workthere in November 2021 and is the Head of Workthere Netherlands. Lex focuses on assisting both national and international clients who are seeking flexible office solutions. Prior to joining Workthere, Lex worked for two years at a large real estate investor based in Amsterdam.
Charlotte is responsible for the Marketing & Business Development of Savills Netherlands and has been involved with Workthere since its launch. Charlotte is the first point of contact for media and is responsible for the creation and coordination of all marketing content, social media, events and business development for Workthere.
Sanne is part of the Marketing & Business Development team of Savills Netherlands. She focuses on the creation of marketing content, PR, social media, and business development for Workthere.
Fabrice le Roux joined Savills in January 2021 as Director of Workthere for France. With more than 20 years of experience in the coworking market, Fabrice knows perfectly this innovative and disruptive model of office real estate as well as all its players. Fabrice was previously at WOJO as Commercial Director and before that at Regus (IWG) where he spent 15 years managing key accounts for the EMEA zone. Fabrice is a graduate of ESG Paris.
Daniel joined as Head of Workthere Germany in February 2023. Based in Hamburg, Daniel will be focusing on managing and expanding our advisory services across Germany. Prior to joining Workthere, Daniel held several roles at WeWork. Most recently he was the Leasing Director responsible for their assets in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.

Paloma joined Savills in 2022 having held Business Development positions at leading flex operators. At Savills prior to joining the Workthere team Paloma successfully managed all areas of the coworking spaces owned by an American investment firm and a REITs. Paloma brings with her a wealth of international experience, a broad working capacity, and her ability to anticipate clients future needs.
Vicente Cano Esteban joined the Workthere team in July 2025 as a consultant in the Madrid office. With a strong background in the flexible office sector, Vicente was previously sales manager at LOOM, the flexible workspace operator owned by Merlin Properties. As part of Workthere, he helps companies across a range of industries to find the best office space solutions and collaborate with our internal teams across Europe.
Gonzalo joined Savills in 2012 and is a Director in the Office Agency team. Gonzalo has been involved with Workthere for the last couple of years, and leads the team in Spain, with a key focus on further growing the business.

Thomas Jodar has over 10 years of experience in the technology sector (SaaS) and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Workthere, he was Head of Business Development at ShareSpace. Previously he worked for WeWork as Sales Director CEE and for Colliers in the firm’s tenant representation team; he was also instrumental in the development of many start-ups. During his professional career, Thomas has been responsible for building business strategies and transactions totalling over EUR 15 million. He has contributed to the largest flex office lease deals in Central and Eastern Europe for a world leader in soft drinks and a leading global consulting company.
Naveen serves as the Managing Director, Commercial Advisory & Transactions, Savills India and is responsible for expansion and growth of the company’s Office Leasing business in India. He has over two decades of commercial Real Estate experience.
Pankaj serves as the CFO & COO India and is responsible to work with the leadership team to develop strategic direction for sustained growth across all Offices in India. He is responsible for developing business plan to support Savills’s long-term strategy.
Kaustuv brings along with him over twenty-five years of experience in the Real Estate. He serves as the Managing Director – Business Solutions and is responsible for servicing multi-services clients using different teams. His secondary role includes expanding and growing of the company’s business across services and geographies.
Vishal serves as Head of Commercial Advisory & Transactions service in Mumbai. With over 16 years of experience across the spectrum of conventional and felxible work spaces, he strategically guides the team to deliver exceptional services to clients in this VUCA world.
