In October 2019 we opened our first Unicorn workspace in Cologne Ehrenfeld. Cologne’s trendy quarter is known for its mix of many different cultures and people and especially popular for its diverse nightlife, artisan coffee places and international cuisine.
Built in 1963, this newly renovated workspace suits smaller and bigger teams. Here, our vision of workspace as a service comes to life across 790 sqm. on two floors with capacities for a total of 132 coworker. This light-filled renovation is equipped with two large and two smaller meeting rooms as well as four telephone booths. All offices are fully furnished and equipped with ergonomic chairs, desks and lamps.
Our community barista, who combine the skills of trained barista with those of experienced community manager, are available for you between 9am and 5pm to support you with their expertise in your daily work as well as freshly prepared coffee. The Unicorn package further includes water, tea and fruit as well as a mail service for your parcels, 24/7 access, high-speed internet and a cleaning service.
