The business centre is located in a stand alone building with 21 floors. It is located in the heart of the city center. The centre was built 1999, and is occupied mainly with offices. Tenants include companies that speacialise in electronics, banking: logistics and also other local companies. Almost no retail activity. The current neighbourhood has a mixture of commercial, office buildings and large hotels. Major Hotels all at walking distance: Renaissance, Sheraton, Legend, Park Hayatt.
