After the merger with AVRO, the building was renamed Bedrijfsverzamelgebouw HilversumEen, a beautiful building that has been a wonderful place to establish your business since the renovation. The office spaces that you can rent vary from approximately 20 m² to approximately 150 m². It is possible to rent several office spaces at the same time.

The offices have air conditioning, they all have heating. The windows can be opened nicely and there is fiber-optic internet available (included in the service costs).

Location and accessibility
Hilversum An is located next to the Media Park. The Hilversum Mediapark train station, which is within walking distance, makes the location easily accessible by public transport. Parking spaces in front of the door can be rented for € 600 a year. In the area you can park for free.
