FORA, Black and White Building

Ideally located in the heart of the vibrant area of Shoreditch, The Black and White building is the tallest mass timber office building in Central London. It offers high quality private offices and coworking space to rent to suit teams ranging in size from start-ups to large corporates. TOG worked with Waugh Thistleton Architects and Daytrip Studios to create this innovative space using sustainable materials to reduce their carbon footprint. The design incorporates exposed timber and large windows let in an abundance of natural light.

The workspace features a large roof terrace, yoga-and-barre studio, plus showers and 94 bike parking spaces. There are comfortable lounge areas, well-equipped meeting rooms and phone booths for when you need some privacy. Shoreditch High Street station is approx. 5 minutes' walk away and the surrounding area has plenty to offer in the way of bars, restaurants and cafes.
