Due to its central location, this building has a very good accessibility by public transport. You walk in two minutes to metro station Eendrachtsplein and from there you are only one stop away from train station Rotterdam Centraal.
The available office space has glass on all sides and a door to the roof terrace. There is space here to create up to 70 workstations, but you can arrange it entirely according to your own wishes. For lunch you can sit outside on the roof terrace or walk into the cozy Rotterdam to have lunch outside the door.
