Cal Lee
Founder & Head of Workthere
Workthere is a concept that was formed by Cal Lee, who was originally a graduate at Savills and saw the opportunity for the company to provide a new and unique offer in the flexible office space sector. Cal joined Savills as a graduate in 2011 from the University of Reading where he studied Real Estate.
Freddie Ward
Lead Agent for the UK
Freddie is the lead agent at Workthere within the UK, he is the expert on everything related to flexible work space. Freddie previously studied Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University before joining Savills where he helped the conventional office leasing teams place appropriate clients into flexible work space, and has subsequently helped Cal launch Workthere.
Linda Picard
Lead Agent for Ireland
Linda joined Savills in 2010 and more recently joined the Workthere team. Linda is the lead agent at Workthere within Ireland and specialises in helping occupiers with their flexible workspace requirements. In addition Linda’s role includes a full spectrum of office occupier services, whether that may be looking to expand their business or dispose of current assets, support tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational. Linda previously worked on Asset Management Platforms and was responsible for the disposal of thousands of residential and commercial assets nationwide on behalf of receivers and financial institutions over a range of asset types.
Wouter Stevens
Head of Workthere Netherlands
Wouter is Head of Agency at Savills Netherlands, and has over 10 years of industry experience and is responsible for the launch of Workthere in the Netherlands. Wouter will be the linking pin between the Savills occupier network and the Workthere platform.
Sander van den Engel
Lead Agent for the Netherlands
Sander is the lead agent at Workthere within the Netherlands, he is the expert on everything related to flexible work space. Sander van den Engel (HTS, Construction Engineering) has 10 years of industry experience. Sander previously worked as an office agent where he was responsible for the leasing activities of the commercial real estate portfolio in Amsterdam West, Sloterdijk and Amstelveen.
Marcus Mornhart
Lead agent for Workthere Germany
Marcus is responsible for the growth of the German business for Workthere. Marcus is running the German agency business for Savills since February 2013 and is a Managing Director. Before that Marcus worked 11 years with JLL in Germany. He was a Director at JLL and his last role was Head of Tenant Representation for Germany.
Sam Bendel
Office Space Consultant
Sam joined the Workthere team in August 2017 to assist with the business development and growth of the UK business. Previously, Sam spent 18 months working in the Client Services team at Savills.
Eve Humfress
Marketing and Business Development
Eve joined Workthere in September 2016 and is responsible for the creation and coordination of all marketing content, social media, events and business development for Workthere. Previously, Eve worked in Singapore where she coordinated the Marketing and Sales for a UK owned IT professional services company that had recently expanded to Asia.
Rupert Levy
Head of Digital
Rupert oversees digital marketing across Savills global business, and has helped Cal to launch this new business, brand and digital platform.
Liz Williams-Bew
PR Director
Liz is a director in Savills commercial press office and has worked at the company for over ten years, focusing on the UK as well as providing support across the global business.
Charlotte Harmsen
Marketing & PR
Charlotte oversees marketing & PR across Savills Netherlands business, and has helped Wouter and Sander to launch this new business, brand and digital platform. Charlotte is responsible for the creation and coordination of all marketing content, social media, events and business development for Workthere.
Svenja Winkler
Business Development and Client relationship
Svenja joined Savills in June 2012 and her role at Workthere is business development and client relationship. Svenja is the first point of contact for Workthere and is coordinating with her team the tenant requirements and provider datas.
