This town house property is in the heart of Victoria SW1V, ideally located just a short walk from the station. Garner Hutchings have been an experienced space provider since 1997, and this centre offers 4 suites of 8-10 workstations and 2 suites of 6-8. The ground floor is used as a reception and shared meeting rooms. The building attracts predominantly financial services businesses and typically operates at less than full density.

All space is fully furnished and reasonable adjustments can be made to the furniture supplied to ensure comfort and efficiency for the occupiers. All rooms benefit from natural light and have access to a tea point fridge and dishwasher. A standard package includes 4 hours meeting room use per month, leased line internet (delivered by Wifi or structured cabling), VoIP or digital phones. The space offers 24 hour access.

The contract is a plain language licence agreement and terms include 1 month in hand and then fees are payable monthly in advance. Call charges, postage and similar are billed monthly in arrears. Currently outside the ULES, the space is conveniently located between Victoria Station and Sloane Square providing easy access to the Circle, District and Victoria tube lines. Free on street car parking is available all day Saturday and Sunday. For international travel, London City airport is 8 miles away and the Eurostar is just 4 miles.
