CapitaGreen is an ultra-modern 40 storey Class A corporate office building located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD. Designed by internationally-acclaimed Toyo Ito, founder of Toyo Ito & Associates, Architects, the office tower breaks away from conventional office building designs and seeks to reintroduce lush greenery which once covered the city. The architecture is a conceptual expansion of the earth’s surface through the building’s functional and aesthetic features, and would be a dramatic addition to Singapore’s Central Business District skyline.
The ground floor features a sheltered public plaza with art sculptures. The building is clad with an energy-efficient façade comprising of double-skin high-performance glass and extensive vertical greenery. With the inclusion of numerous state-of-the-art energy-saving features, CapitaGreen is designed to achieve the Green Mark Platinum award, the highest accolade in recognising environmentally-friendly buildings from the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore. The building's high floor-to-ceiling height of 3.2 metres allows for natural lighting to permeate the space, thus creating a sense of spaciousness.
CapitaGreen offers a premier location in Singapore's Central Business District (CBD) just minutes away from public transport, local and international eateries and other amenities. Building occupants includes Twitter, Rakuten, Lloyd Bank and Cargill.
Workthere helped our team at Upsolve find our dream office space in a matter of days in the heart of midtown Manhattan — it had the perfect view, size, and price. And once we committed to the space, Ted and Workthere made sure to negotiate on our behalf, getting rid of hidden fees. We look forward to working with Workthere in the future as our company grows.
