Office villa 'De Oorsprong' is located at the Origin Park, on the corner of the Biltstraat and the Snellenlaan, on the edge of the Utrecht city center. 'De Oorsprong' is a 19th-century monumental villa. The villa, which was built in 1823 as a residence, was later taken into use by the Utrecht University. At the end of the 20th century it was given an office destination.
