The lease consists of 110m2 with approximately 20 workplaces, of which 4 are currently in a closed office space and 16 in an open space.
In the event of a renovation, the closed space could be increased from 4 workplaces to 8 workplaces, reducing the open space to 12 desks.
Option 1: (maximum) 4 workplaces in closed space +10 workplaces in open space; or
Option 2: (maximum) 4 workplaces in closed space (after office furnishing) and 6 workplaces in open space.

Ready-made desks can be provided. In addition, there is a meeting room for 10 people, its own kitchen, and its own balcony.
