Chelmsford is growing as a business and commercial area, and is attracting several national and multinational enterprises specialized in financial and consultancy services, property development and financial services. Located just 31 miles from London, the centre is just two minutes away from the Chelmsford train station, which provides a direct link with London.
The centre offers many different services such as day offices, business lounges and disabled facilities, in order to cover the city needs. It is also organized along different working spaces that include from reserved co-working spaces, to private offices that can hold from 1 person up to 6 or more people, if a more tailored working space if needed.
