Situated on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors, there are some views of the surrounding area from the centres offices and meeting rooms. Gurugram

Gurugram is popularly known as “Millennium  City” and hosts offices of more than half of the Fortune 500 companies in over 70+ million sqft of state-of-the-art Grade-A office spaces. The city has a robust road infrastructure that connects to Delhi & the International airport via an  8-lane National expressway (NH8). Metro network. The city also has its own “Rapid Metro” line, which further connects to the Delhi Metro line.

Cyber City is the CBD of Gurugram built by DLF Limited, the largest Real Estate Developer in India.  The area has lustrous skyscraper Grade A buildings with large floor plates and a single ownership status quo. Cyber City has commercial, IT/ITeS and Special Economic Zone buildings and hosts “Cyber Hub”, a one-of-its-kind premium High Street Retail District with a courtyard styled socializing area hosting luxury F&B, apparel, entertainment, fast food chain outlets and an open Amphitheatre. Ambience Mall, the 3rd largest mall in India and 2nd largest mall in Delhi-NCR, is just minutes away. 

The offices in the cyber city have excellent building infrastructure with in-house fire stations and trucks, ambulances and gas power generators for uninterrupted power supply with clean energy. 

MG Road is an SBD and a former CBD of Gurugram. Known as Mall Mile for its shopping malls, it offers excellent connectivity to New Delhi and other parts of Gurugram. MG Road runs through Gurugram and connects the city to NH8 and New Delhi via Mehrauli. The entire stretch of MG Road from New Delhi to NH8 is connected by the  Delhi Metro, giving road and metro transit options to work. Gurugram’s own Rapid Metro network has an interchange with Delhi Metro Yellow Line on MG Road. It gets excellent connectivity via road and metro to New Delhi and DLF Cyber City, NH8 and Golf Course Road.

Golf Course Road is an upcoming CBD in Gurugram that hosts Grade A offices buildings and luxury residential condominiums. It also has India’s No. 1 ranked golf course “DLF Golf and Country club” along with multiple F&B, entertainment & shopping options. Golf Course Road is a state-of-the-art 16-lane signal-less rapid mobility corridor that has multiple exits and underpasses connecting to the NH8 expressway. Gurugram’s Rapid metro line runs through the stretch connecting the business district to DLF Cyber City, MG Road and Golf Course Extension Road.  

Golf Course Extension Road (GCX) is a planned area with large commercial projects. It also has SEZ projects by Capital, Tata Realty and IREO, thus is an ideal destination for IT/ITeS occupiers. GCX is a part of the Southern Peripheral Road, which is a planned circular road on the outskirts of Gurugram. GCX connects to Faridabad, Sohna Road, Gurugram CBDs and SBDs via Golf Course Road, and NH8 via SPR. Although it doesn’t host a metro rail network, most offices on GCX have large parking and drop-in areas for cabs and chartered busses, which are preferred by occupiers for employees’ transit.
