The coworking centre is located in an A-class office building at Al. Jerozolimskie 93 near the Warsaw Śródmieście WKD station in the very centre of Warsaw.

It offers 375 workplaces over two floors on a total area of more than 2,700 sqm.

Tenants have access to the coworking space, a relaxation area and a games zone. They can enjoy coffee, tea and occasional drinks and snacks, and take part in events and workshops exclusively for HubHub residents. HubHub hosts breakfasts and informal lunches as well as community themed events. Mentoring and consultation services are also available. Tenants are also provided with lockers for storing equipment, bicycle parking and showers. Event space for around 100 people is available on the site. The operator also provides a virtual office service. During business trips, coworking tenants can use the network’s locations in other cities.

The coworking centre is very well located in terms of transport. It is situated close to the junction of Al. Jerozolimskie and al. Jana Pawła II (both of which are among the city’s most important thoroughfares), as well as to the city’s central railway station (5 minutes on foot) and all the high-rise office buildings in the city centre. In 10 minutes you can walk to the Palace of Culture and Science, and in 7 minutes to the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. There are also many hotels, restaurants, cafés and bars in the local area.
