Hume Street House will be Iconic Offices newest building to launch in the market, set at the site of the old Hume Street Hospital and offering 78,000 sq ft of space spread over six floors. A beautifully renovated building with the addition of a modern extension, members will enjoy access to an onsite gym, ample break out spaces, meeting rooms, conference room, phone booths, community events and a walk and talk booth. The building is targeting WELL Platinum status.
