It is one of the largest regeneration zones in London with a blooming residential and business district. The US and Dutch embassies have recently moved their offices to the area and Apple headquarters will be moving here in the coming years. This location has great transport links, Vauxhall station is a 5 minute walk away with access to the Victoria line and the planned Nine Elms station will be close by providing access to the Northern line extension.
